    Hi Lads,

So as the DL650 is just outside of the category KW (50KW) at 49 KW for the A License.

Does anyone have any comparible recommendations in terms of loaner or rental bikes that would be similar in handling etc. Something that doesnt turn like a large boat. I have no issues on the strom is very nimble can put it around bends and the opposite direction with little effort.

Yamaha FZ6 would suit perfect for you.

    Bandit 600, FZ6, SV650S all good for 'A' test.

If you have a mate with a suitable bike you could get a loan of it for your test.

Make sure its the sv 650S ( the one with the front fairing)

Same engine as the v/strom 650 basically, a v twin

For the u/turn on the sv,, just keep the revs up and use the back brake to hold back the speed. You may have to feather the clutch to keep the engine smooth.

Aye its and S alright brought her in from the UK. she definitely needs feathering.

Sickens me it is the same engine tbh and there is about 2-3 KW in the difference. Nonsense stuff altogether.

    Cheers lads!
