right now I'm thinking of Boyd to Silva........see how that goes for a week or 2 ......going to be benching Kane for the blank but not selling so makes sense to have another strong midfielder cos haz will be nenchgdd not sold either.......of course best laid plans and all that.......

I have done the same 2 weeks ago. He played awful against Newcastle. So lack of confident, so I'm not suprised that Yoshida get the squad. Like I wrote earlier I'm thinking to get Zouma.

My consideration for now, is bringing Sturridge of Giroud is worth a -4. His price is protected right now, so there no need to panic. However I know that my rivals in a league are getting him so it is a quite risky, if he will explode with few goals against Everton.

Hopefully he is as I brought him in last week with a view to having him this week. Koeman said he should be back. Wanyama and Schneiderlin are due back too which should help their defence.

Is it worth doing ADM to a 6.6 max mid field and the Giroud to Sturridge? It'd be for a -4. Downing would be the go to 6.6 man but the fixtures are just terrible.

Edit; Or maybe Clyne to Bellerin. Saves 1M that could help elsewhere.

Why are people getting rid of giroud with the 3 fixtures after spurs? (and he's well capable of scoring v spurs too)

It'll be Bertrand to Bellerin or another Saints defender.

Going to Bellerin will leave me with 8.8 itb

I can then go Kane -> Sturridge, Downing to Eriksen and Puncheon to a 6.8 or less mid over the next few weeks

Bertrand -> Zouma

Means I'm doubling up on a Chelsea defence this week, although surely that can't possibly go as worse as my Southampton doubling up punt the last two weeks?

I think it's going to be Di Maria to Silva; I made the reverse change in my WC at the weekend, didn't work out.

And I just took a -4 to do the exact same thing. That's my team set-up and captain set, so I'll just have to ignore that shiny FPL bookmark until next Saturday

Well Cahill isn't injured, hes just out of form and has been dropped. Also, think I saw someone on here mentioning a falling out / disagreement between Jose and Cahill.

Cheers, it needs some thinking about for me. Both Zouma and Bellerin are very attractive at their prices for CHE and ARS - having both is a nice way in to a top team defence, but of course there is the gamble that they lose their starting berths.

Need to think!

Cahill has been struggling for form over his last few appearances, getting caught out of position and just not looking as confident as has previously has been.

Zouma hasn't really made mistakes in his games, so my optimistic hope is that similar to how Azpilcueta won his spot over Cole, Zouma will be given the nod ahead of Cahill until a mistake is made.

So far my only criticism of Zouma is that he has the instinct of a Sunday league player when he's under pressure and just clears it up field. Cahill and Terry are far more comfortable in those situations and try to pick out a short pass to either Matic or Fabregas. That no nonsense attitude is fine against mid table teams, but the likes of City were able to use those throw ins and extra time on the ball to build attacks.

Need to wait and see if this possible appeal by Southampton materialises before deciding what to do.

Will have to play Bellerin at Spurs if I hold Berty but the transfers I'd like to do are ADM to Silva and BigUselessItalianBa$tard to Sturridge. I suppose I could give BigUselessItalianBa$tard another chance against QPR but an improving Liverpool could do damage against a brittle Everton in the derby.

It's easy for me to say since I have Sterling, but derby matches are very unpredictable and Everton have two straight cleanies. I would give Pelle another match in your situation; QPR defence is rubbish.

Yeah, when I stop being pissed off at him I'll probably agree.

Hull are so woeful and City looked improved against Chelsea, I think Silva for ADM is my first priority. Assuming nothing changes re Bertrand its then a case of whether its worth -4 to swap to Alderwiereld or play Bellerin at Spurs. If there was a chance Baird could get his place back (Lescott at full back has hardly been a roaring success) he'd be an option either vs Burnley.

I got Pelle in the Wildcard, so should i just cut my losses and get him in for Pelle now despite his 3 tough fixtures followed by a blank? Ir should I save the transfer and get him in for DGW 28...hmmmmmm

I agree with this. I'm holding Pelle myself. Saints suffered yesterday because Swansea were very negative. QPR are at home so they have to go for a win next weekend. That should leave them open at the back.

I'll then go Pelle to Sturridge for the midweek game vs Spurs.

Thinking the same myself.

ADM isn't setting the world alight and City v Hull could be a goal fest.

I stupidly got Santon instead of Kelly (Crystal Palace) in my WC so he'll need to go at some stage but with Bertrand suspended I might go to Alderwiereld instead. Can't see Arsenal keeping a clean sheet v Spurs.

10 of my 15 players are away from home this week too

Depends on your bench. I'd rather not start PvA and Panti at Old Trafford in GW27, Baird has been dropped, and plan to hold Terry and Hazard. I'd like to have two FTs to play with for DGW28 and then use it to bring in Kane and Eriksen.
