It's gonna be a close one, now! 10 points behind & up 14 now!

That would have been ridiculous if he'd gotten the touch down

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Nice bit of football there. Why didn't he sprint to the endzone? It was open for him.

Well done to the Patriots, patriotic til the end, & that rookie is not going to be forgotten for that interception and afaik it was his 1st.

Brady now joins Joe Mantana as one of the greats, but how many people have reached that & how many is taht anyway?

Brady beat Montanas record tonight so there is only Brady

Thanks, just heard it now on ch4 afaik they said he's matched it with Joe Mantana & Terry Bradshaw, i'm not going to complain, but have great sounding names :)

& i'd say it's Seattle that feels 'deflated' now while Patriots are elated :);)

Thought they said he broke Montanas post season passing record, just heard now he is tied with Montana for two records too, too many records if you ask me, hope you enjoyed the show I know I did. :D

Afaik with my limited knowledge, i heard he matched or beat something as they had 11 each for both guys, before the next segment came on.

Well at 37 it's some achievement, also the name Joe Mantana rings a bell, i assume it was around the last time ch4 had NFL Football many moons ago.

But It's growing on me each year, although CH4 were quick to get rid of Colin Murray, he's probably joined Adrian Chiles down jobcentre now
I've watched more games this year inc the last Seattle game they came back by 16pts, but still no expert  but was glad to join this thread instead of the other one in AH that says you shouldn't

I have been a Pats fan for over 10 years now very rarely get to see games anymore seeing as I watch them on the net, Brady did break Joe Montanas record for most Superbowl touchdown passes tonight, not most post season as I had posted earlier.

I wouldn't be as up to date with things to post in the actual NFL or Patriots threads myself and did see that stupid thread too, this is one of if not the most watched event on tv every year, last year I was up for the seahawks as the pats were not in the superbowl this year they were, hope the same two teams make next years game as it was a great game to watch tonight.

I always watch an american channel just for the ads, some of which tonight were very good, best one being the puppy ad.

Just saw NBC News on CNBC@11.30, the Patriots party is put off til Wednesday as Boston got 14hrs of continuous snow & 3ft of snow again within 7 days, its ironic that today is Groundhog Day :)

Afaik i've been watching it since the Packers won it for the 2nd time?
He must have been some coach to have the trophy named after him!
Also i hear there's a Supermacs in Green Bay? :)

But i like to hear certain stories, like the one with the Harbaugh brothers Superbowl, 49ers v Baltimore Ravens like Ray Lewis afaik retiring with the team he started his career & helping some of the deprived areas in Baltimore.

It was probably meant to be for Brady, also i've heard the last time the last team to win it back to back was the Patriots?

I must try & stream it next year just to see the ads, as i've heard a lot about the puppy ad today on radio.

Heh, i'm reminded that next year is the 50th looking at the numerals XLIX
as next year it's just going to be L as before it always looked impressive with all those numerals, i never thought of til now! :D

    But i'd say it's going to be one L of a 50th anyway ;)

They're just having Super Bowl 50 next year, because Super Bowl L looks a bit crap.
