Not the teachers or the students but down right unruly bad mannered parents. It stated parents are "driving carelessly" and "parking in a dangerous manner" in bus lanes and on footpaths in close vicinity to the school. I live near a creche and it's the same. The footpath is impassable from when it opens until near 9am and again from around 5PM until closing as despite the creche actually having a carpark, most parents prefer to park on the footpath. Actually fully, four wheels on the pavement, often across driveways. If I lived on that street I'd buy a clamp.
