What is GOV DUTY ATM\POS

    I see two entries in my account for GOV DUTY ATM\POS each €5. Is this something new? Could you explain what is this?

    Yep. That's how they get you! :D No way to avoid it, all the banks have it.

    And it is the government charging it and not the banks
