    Are you for real?

Nah, I'm imaginary. Pretty convincing though, eh?

A spliff and some good music followed by a favourite film e.g goodfellas or zodiac or se7en.

This was my unwinding technique tonight :)

When I used to smoke the good herb there was nothing I found more relaxing than sitting back and smoking a spliff.

I could fell the ease coming over me and the stress diminishing.

    I miss it.

I do like the occasional one, but through a vape.

Also a very large glass of red wine (pint)

So fellow AHers, after a long week of slaving away to make money for someone else, what do you do to unwind?

I love a hot bath and listening to Abba, I drop a few of those cherry bath bombs into the water as well.

A bath is good but you can have one of them anytime.
Go to bed early after a big dinner and a load of wine but set the clock for your workday start. When it goes off and you are a little hungover from the wine then you realise it's Saturday morning at 7:30.....bang the clock on the floor, roll over....smile and slip back to sleep until noon. I love to go down to the schoolyard and watch all the little children jump up and down and run around yelling and screaming...

Used to be a hot bath, a glass of wine, and a joint, but I've gotten rid of the bath and given up smoking so now I'm just tense all the time.

About to do what relaxes me the most right now!

Very long walk around the city on my own and through the park with music in me ear. I'll have a coffee somewhere close to my flat before I head off, walk, stop off in the park, sit on a bench, eat an apple and read for a while, then I'll go on walking while eating another apple 'till I do a loop around Madrid centre then stop off somewhere on the way home for a glass of wine and more read of me book and then I'll head out later. Nice.

During the summer a nice cycle (for fitness or a meander with a friend) and a stop for coffee and cake was always a great way to chill out.

Go Deer Shooting, don't even care if I get 1, it's more for the 4-6 hour walk, getting out in the fresh air seeing parts of the country others would not even know existed, a Deer is a bonus though...

Drink twice as much wine, then? Or sit in the puddle of water on the base of the shower while knocking back a bottle? I remember I'd this tiny bath when I lived alone about a metre in length I'd squeeze myself into with a glass of wine. Where there's a will there's a way!

Best of luck if you'd like to do that in Dublin!
