Fetac occupational first aid

I did a occupational first aid course with a local company last year and i'm still waiting on my cert. Every time i have contacted them about it I'm being told that they're waiting on them, cause fetac lost the paper work and they had to resend all all the paper work back in. I was just wondering how long should it take…

Find out if the company sent the paperwork through OFAAA for them to send to fetac. If that's the route they took ofaaa may very well have lost it, it wouldn't be the first time. If that's not the case then phone fetac to make sure the company actually processed them and that theres nothing underhand going on. Failing that is the company on twitter? Publically complaining is the easiest way to get a result these days.
