On the way home yesterday in the car, flicked on the radio to hear two yahoo's nattering on about some sh1te, turned out to be a quiz, and one of the questions was "What's the name of your woman from Coronation Street who died yesterday, either her real name, or her soap name?"

Is it me , or is that just taking the lack of taste to a whole new level? The woman was only dead a day......

It does if you find an uncashed cheque in the drawer.

This is not altogether fool, m'lud. 3-In-1 is actually lemongrass oil. That perchance?

Nah, it's definitely 3 in 1 oil or Wd 40. It smells like bicycle chain and we don't have any bicycles. Weird and trivially annoying that I can't track it down.

When you're looking for something on youtube e.g. a football match from a couple of years back, and you click on a likely link and it's a video some bellend recorded on his phone from the back of the stand.

TA at all this Conor McGregor stuff, I'm not a UFC fan by any means and have nothing against it, but the media is creating faux hysteria by trying to make it seem like the country comes to a stand still every time he goes and fights someone. I cannot escape stories about this living beard

    Sorry?

    Somebody has dreadlocks!

I made a mistake on a job application. I had the wrong year down for when I finished college. I have never done this before and am quite annoyed at myself for making such a fundamental mistake.
    Dopey f*ck.

I knew a guy yeaaars ago when filling in an application form where it asked "Nationality" he put Catholic!!
    Never got a reply.

It wasn't the worst but I didn't spot it myself. A former colleague ticked "yes" to having a disability on a form a few years ago. He did not have a disability and was suitably embarrassed!

Would you believe I haven't bought any shoes since new years eve. I need a pair of over the knee boots though. I want this exact pair http://tinypic.com/r/2igokub/8 but obviously $$$$ so I've been looking for something similar now all I can find is a replica pair for 200 dollars but don't know if the site is legit or if the quality is good, but I need those or very similar in my life.

Flip, one would need scaffolding to balance in them, the height of the heel, (nice though, don't tell me O.H, I said that)
But if ordering from outside E.U beware of duty and tax, if they came by courier you would be caught especially if F*d X, they send you the bill 2-4weeks AFTER you get the packet, happened to me. wipes the smile right off the happy little head ya had.

They're not actually that high, 4 3/4 inches which would be on the normal/low side for most of my shoes http://tinypic.com/r/9u89vp/8

How much do customs charge if it's coming from US?

Jayyyysus. they'd do damage, or useful in the ice.
Don't know exactly but I think its 23% to E100, increases after that, plus handling fee, clearance fee.
I got some boots (not them type) too, They were $80 plus $30 shipping and that courier firm, sent me the flippin bill 4wk after, and in meantime I ordered another pair, man was I scaldy, I asked the guy at the door was there any fees to pay he said NO, I think one parcel cost E35 second one was E40ish.and yet both the same boots.

Sting!!! you'd think they'd bill you on delivery so you at least know what you're dealing with. You'd think there'd be a better selection of boots here though so you don't have to buy blind online

They're supposed to advise of charges before or at time of delivery, I rang Com-Reg they knew which company I was talking about straight away, But more or less tough, pay up.
Now I see why you have vertigo, (earlier mail) them blimmin heels, need an oxygen mask with the height you'd gain, Teehee.

My dad used to say I could skim ceilings with those on, but honestly I'm not that tall with them. I'm only about 5'3 in my bare feet so am just at a respectable height with them on. Only thing is the cheaper ones (most of mine!) look very clumpy. So hard to get a pair that fit perfectly. http://tinypic.com/r/2z656js/8

Although one night, some crazy deluded cow pushed me because she thought I was lying when I said I didn't smoke, and I took my shoe off and she didn't come near me again. So they're handy!

Fair play to you for being able to balance in them let alone walk, or being able to spin to clatter someone......hmmm the film single white female, is springing to mind,
