I love how he acts sensible and waves at the people in the street and immediately slips back into his routine when he passes them. Actually looks like Hank Schrader from Breaking Bad too.

Haha, I do the very same thing when I'm in the car.

Was stuck in a traffic jam the other morning singing 'Uptown Funk' at the top of my voice, unaware that a gaggle of schoolkids in a car on the other side of the road were breaking their holes laughing at me. I just get lost in the music

That cop sure does seem to know that Taylor Swift song a bit too well....
