    Hi All,

    I am going attending a Lidl Assessment Centre for a Deputy Manager in next while. I know there is a few posts about it that date a year or two ago when I searched but I am wondering if anyone has any insight on what is involved with it.

    What is the aptitude test like? What is the role-play like? In relation to the group activity, what can you be asked.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    hi,
    I do not know much about the new assesements, but if you get through that stage and have more questions, you can give me a shout.
    The only advise I can give you s that LIDL wants people who:
    Have a really positive attitude
    Smile
    Listen
    If you get to talk about yourself tell them you are prepared to work REALLY HARD.
