Increase shower pressure by replacing head?

    Hi experts...!

Just moved in to a house (renting). It's an old house but it's been very well maintained. The only significant problem we're having is pressure in the ensuite shower. It's not electric (electric in main bathroom) so we use the immersion for hot water for it. The pressure is pretty dull and there is no pump. I'm considering buying a shower head that claims to increase pressure...not sure if I'm allowed to put a link to one of these up...

Does anyone have any experience with these "pressure increasing" shower heads...do they work?!

The science ssys they will give a perception of increased pressure due to reduced flow.
The available energy is the height from shower head to top of water in tank.

Basically water pressure, in your situation, is determined by how high your cold water storage tank is above the shower head.
If this is not changed then pressure is not altered.
Changing the shower head is not changing the pressure, just altering the rate at which the water flows.
