I'm trying to get a white hems dresser from IKEA - a staple from their range. It's listed on the website, but when I check stock, I get the message 'Not for sale at IKEA Dublin'. i cannot find 'Hems' at all - is it Hemnes?

If you ring them they can get extra info for you. Happened me when a colour of couch I wanted was gone out of stock, I rang and they were able to tell me it would be back a few weeks later. Think I remember being on hold for a good while but got through eventually.
