    i presume i do... some run of screaming but i put that down to me been 3"5 and knuckle dragger

    The day my dad was diagnosed with cancer, my entire life as I knew it just crumbled before my eyes and changed me as a person, not for the better either.

    Usually brown and breakfast and lunch....no carbs with dinner though.....make me feel fat!!

    No. I'm a creature of habit.
    Morning - granola or a protein shake
    Lunch - Ham sandwich (or Ham and cheese) or a protein shake
    Dinner - another sandwich, crisps, or maybe soup, and fruit.
    Snacks - drifter bars, sweets

    I have a proper dinner once a week maybe


    Am I a very responsible adult
