Marmoleum floor lifted/bubbled at edges - repair options?

Our marmoleum lino kitchen floor was laid by a specialist recommended by Forbo.

Since our builder installed the kitchen skirting, I've noticed the lino has come unglued from the underfloor in a few spots along the new skirting. While it's not so visible to the eye, it's clearly unsatisfactory and may get worse over time.

I suspect this may have been caused by expanding foam which the builder sprayed in to seal around the insulation because he forgot to do it before the floor was installed. However, this may not be the cause and the specialist may have to come back to inspect the problem.

What would be the options in terms of repair that don't require the floor to have to be completely re-laid?

Can the glue, for example, be re-activated with heat and re-set?

the builder sprayed foam after the slab was poured ? We won't ask what he'd do so

The floor is ply on batons above a slab. The builder used the foam to seal gaps at the edge of the dry-lining. However, only one of these areas is affected. Some other areas should not have been affected at all, unless inappropriate materials were used by the builder when installing the skirting.

As I only discovered this today, I haven't been able to contact the flooring specialist about an inspection.
