I think it might be more to do with the open window on 17th and 18th to purchase phone without invite. These people are receiving invites now.

I got my oneplus one sent to mailboxde. When I registered my City wasn't showing up on my address so I contacted them to correct it before shipment. They told me it was corrected. It shipped on the 17th and arrived in Ireland on the 21st where it was handed over to an post on the 21st. There seemed to be no movement until the 28th. I didn't get it today so I rang and it turns out it was sent back to Germany on the 28th. I have 500Eur insurance on this through DHL wellpacket. I have contacted an post, mailboxde and dhl and each of them is telling me to contact the other. An post says there was no address on it. Mailboxde told me they put and address and emailed me the address that was on it. No city, which I specifically asked them to put on it and they told me they did. Any advice?

Where in Ireland do you live. It is fairly easy to find where you live without a city put down.

Cork City. Apparently it's gonna take two weeks for this parcel to return to mailboxde in Germany. That's if it ever arrives.
