JC Penneys voucher-wrong exchange rate?

Trying to buy a $100 dollar gift JC Penneys gift card for my sister.. When I do the exchange rate, it should be 82 odd euro. Yet, on the JC Penneys site, it's saying that for a 100$ gift card, it will cost me 108.42euro. WTF?? Am I missing something?

Pay in dollars on your credit card. By the sounds of things they're trying to charge their own, hideous, exchange rate. There should be an option along the lines of "charge my in my local currency" to untick.

Yup had to change my country to USA! Ended up being 81.85euro..
