Sometimes when I try to call someone there is no dialing sound and it doesn't seem to be dialing at all despite the screen saying it's dialing, I tried calling the house phone and the phone said it was dialing but there was no dialing tone and the house phone didn't receive the call. It happens at least once a day and I have to reset the phone to be able to call someone, I tried replacing the sim card,clearing the app cache, checking the volume and none of those solutions fixed it. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Can you test your Sim in another phone just to make sure it is the phone? After that you could back up everything and try a reset and hope its not a hardware issue.

it's a new sim I already replaced it thinking that was the problem so it is clearly the phone I will back it up and restore it thanks
