Why ABN tv,Vox Africa etc in Entertainment section?

Why are ABN TV,AIT international,Open Haven TV,Propeller TV,Vox Africa and the Africa channel in the entertainment section?, should they not be in the International genre like other international channels? Or do they pay more to be in the Entertainment section?

Not sure without checking out the channels , but I think they are entertainment biased channels as opposed to news and current affairs which dominate international channels section ?
I doubt anybody really cares though....
