Pumped bead vs full-fill platinum board.

Hi I'm currently ready to start building the walls on my 3000sqft single story new build. Im going with a 200mm cavity and Up untill now I was planning on using teplo ties and pumped bead insulation.
However with the price of the teplo ties alone coming in at £5500stg my attention was drawn to a full fill platinum board system from a well known Irish manufacturer. They supply their own stainless ties free with the insulation at 4.9 ties per sq/m.
Now this manufacturer quotes both 200mm blown bead and the 200mm full fill board (its actually 190mm with 10mm ridges on the external side) at a u-value of 0.15 for a 100mm internal and external block leaf using stainless ties.
Is it really worth the extra money for the teplo ties?
Has anyone built using 200mm full fill board and what are your experiences?
Using the board will save me around 50% so its not an insignificant amount!

I used the 100mm board in mine 2 years ago. It is a good system as if the brickies dont keep the cavity clean the board wont fit. As there is only 10mm in places because of the fins there is little risk of any droppings going down. Make sure they use a hand saw to cut the boards. Scoring it with a trowel and breaking it over the knee is a big no no.

Have you had your full Phpp results in? If so is the Teplo tie a necessity? Will an equivalent Vartry Eng stainless steel tie not do the same job?

Use s/s ties. Got mine for €800 for a 250 cavity and similar size house. I would go the 250 cavity and pump it. Depends on what your engineer specs I suppose

I done 250mm with stainless vantry tie, if going again I'd only go 200mm once you go over that your into a ton of extra issue, with window lintels been a massive one.

We went 200mm with vartry SS ties and pumped the cavity. Were very tempted to go with the full fill board but a lot depends on the builders putting it in correctly to avoid cold bridges. Very glad in the end that we didn't get the builders to put in the full fill board as looking at some of their finishing I wouldn't trust them to do a good job on it.We had to pull them up on quiet a few issues - even though they are highly recommended in the local area.

I was going down a similar route and met the same problem you did. I'm now building a 150 cavity and using full fill cavity therm, hopefully giving a u-value of 0.13. Using standard stainless steel wall ties. I also looked at walltite expanding foam but it wasn't suiting my budget.
