any traditional martial arts in naas

hi i was was wondering if there is any traditional martial arts in naas area or knewbridge like karate, kung fu or something like that, i knew monread did hung gar kung fu but unfortunately it was only kids class and adult womens class (pitty). its been a while since i did any martial arts and wanted to get back into one

there is a great wado kai karate club in the kilashee gym.the instructor is martin nulty and he runs other clubs around the area, so its handy to get the times to suit you.
