What do people think of Sportpursuit.

I've been watching 4 or 5 items in Sportpursuit recently that were reduced but not in a flash sale.

Then last week they appeared in a "FLASH SALE" but the prices were the same.

The items were a great price before appearing in the flash sale but I'd expected at least some reduction in the flash sale but the prices were exactly the same.

Surely a "FLASH SALE" is meant to be a once off supper price (better than we normally have price) or am I missing something.

Dont get me wrong the prices are still good but the "FLASH SALE" bit seems to be just an advertising exercise rather than an actual "FLASH SALE".

What do others think of Sportpursuit and dealing with them ?

They have some good deals in clothing - Canterbury etc. But in my experience their delivery was incredibly slow and their delivery charges were quite high. Cycling kit is nearly always available cheaper on CRC on one of the German sites.

good few orders with them, no complaints. seems that most people who have issues are because they are expecting them to act like a normal online retailer when that's not what they are, as mentioned they're a group buy outlet.

waiting on a delivery with them now, delivery is fine once they ship, and they are quite honest on the pages about when the goods will actually shop, which normally isn't until after the sale is over, not when you order

I don't mind the slow delivery as the complete sale has to end before they even look at shipping. I gave up on them as the delivery charges were just to high to make them any sort of bargain. They might have gotten cheaper since

A lot of these items they sell I would be in no rush for, eg a pair of goggles (I might go through 3 or 4 pairs a year so I like to stock up when I see them going cheap), if they operated some sort of holding facility so that when you do push the button on delivery you get get 3 or 4 items collected over a period of time in your delivery to try and get some value for their postal charges
