Duck or Goose fat? Best for roast potatoe's

    WOuld like reccomendations on whether Duck or Goose fat is best for crispy roast potatoes , Please.

    Which , do you find best and why ?

    They're both equally good for fantastic roasties but for the season that's in it goose fat seems more traditional!

    i find both are very good but in my expereince goose fat seems to be easier to get a hod of.

    Goose fat always wins but both are nice, have a neighbor who has had same goose fat for years and years and years, bought him a new jar last xmas but no good, weird.
