Help with back flue plate removal on arow stove

hello folks, I have a big old aarow stove which was using the top exit for the flue. I now want to use the back opening where there is a plate to remove for it. BUT....there are no screws or visible slots or crevices to insert a lever to remove this. Also from the inside there is nothing. Anyone have one of these stoves?…

Is there anything from inside the stove you can remove to get to the back plate for removel
