Anyone know if they refund or exchange without a receipt? Tags still on. It was a gift I want to return.

They used to but they changed their policy a few years ago. Worth trying for an exchange but they will probably refuse.

I tried to exchange something with the tags still on for another item without a receipt about a month ago and they said that they'd changed their policy so that you can now only exchange for the same item in a different size if you don't have the receipt.
