HKC GSM Delayed Text?

Just wondering if any of you guys have ever had an issue with a delayed text from a HKC GSM unit after an alarm event?

Had an alarm event the other day. All mobiles programmed into the system received a text with the correct time of the alarm event.

However, the text arrived to all phones at the same time about 45 minutes after the alarm event. Has always been within seconds before. Just a bit concerned about a 45 minute delay.

Anyone got any suggestions? Suspect the SIM card (VF) but service is normally good. Anyone had a similar experience?

Probably just delayed from the message centre. This has always been a concern of mine re text messaging alerts. A voice call will always be instant . This or email with push notifications is a more reliable form of monitoring.

45 Minutes would be a concern.
Have you asked your service provider if there is an issue with the messaging service?
