No way saunders will win a world title

Depends what you mean by 'World title', he'd beat Chudinov anyway.

    Had it a draw

Never expirenced commentators as biased nearly ruined the fight for me

    Eubank round 12
I have it 116=115 BJS with 3 drawn rounds which could have gone either way.

Not Impressed with either fighter to be honest.

Looking at there records. No way that should of been close. Saunders had enough of that

I'd say Steve Collins is still in the building should give Eubank snr another beating. BJS fight all night that will stop all the undeserved hype of Eubank jnr

Great fight, I had it draw. Pure biased from the commentators

Cracking scrap. Love to see a rematch down the line.

Thought the commentators were biased but not as bad as that judge who scored it for Eubank by 3.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,465 ✭✭✭supersean1999

Id put a few euro if they meet again. After eubank has had a few 12. Rounds and learns how ro pace a fight.he will beat saunders. Imo the fight was 12-18 months to soon for eubank

    did eubank win or lose?

Would have liked to see Eubank sneak it. He's still very raw.

    Yes, about right.
I think Eubank commits too much with his right hands and leaves himself off balance throwing them. Neither fighter is world class to be honest. Disappointed; this is the end of Flanna01 :o

I think 3 rounds were very close reckon he got all 3 with that judge

Eubank by 3 rounds, ridiculous. Jnr won 5 rounds at best.

Oh Steve will still be there alright, his son will be fighting after the main event.
Hahahah maybe wbu or wbf. He will never beat a top middleweight.

Well not even those minor ones, Chudinov is the 'interim' WBA champion, and Danny Jacobs the 'Regular' WBA champion isn't all that, and took much longer to take care of Jarrod Fletcher than Saunders did.

He'll never beat the #1 guy, Golovkin or whoever is the main man in the future. But he's a legit top 10 Middleweight, the European champion and capable of beating good fighters. He'd beat the current version of Jermain Taylor who is the IBF champion btw.

Not a massive watcher of boxing here but we all here picked up on the bias .. What did Eubank do to piss them all off?? Thought it was a bit excessive..

Yeah, they both came across well.

Hopefully this is a good fight. A lot will be told when Tyson takes off his T-Shirt.

Eubank Jr is very crude. His footwork is all over the place, slow and plodding. Only when he abandoned the boxing and led with big shots did he get into the fight.

Decent scrap though. We'll see it again at some point.

Eubank was too cocky and he didnt fight good enough! i hope fury gets knocked out

Eubank jnr isn't signed up to a long term deal with Frank Warren (the promoter) as far as I'm aware, BJS is. Box Nation (the channel) is owned by Frank Warren.

    That probably explains it.

I'd say it was more of his Father. With the statements he was coming out with it. Shouldn't go against jnr to be fair

. Nah i dont see it myself. He might sneak a belt. But i think that ranking is inflated. If your saying he is that good. How would u rate eubank. Never had a competitive fight in his life or done 12. Rounds and he pushes saunders close

Ah ok .. Thought it was very unfair - something you would never really see on sky - definately not to that degree with two English boxers.
