    I have but there is no evidence so I think I got away with it.

    Its better to go the prevention route when it comes to eyes.

    I have found if I keep it in my mouth the chances of getting it stuck in something decreases.

    No, I'd make sure wherever I put it was well lubricated to avoid mishaps.
