BBC 5 live blackout during football? help

    Been a while since I used 5live but remember it having a message saying cannot be broadcast due to rights restrictions. Is this still the case using tunein app etc does it allow it via its satellite channel ?

    Any help greatly appreciated

    Free to air and no restrictions on satellite

    It's still restricted on tune-in. Load of balls really, they should change that.

    Download an app called tunnelbear, it allows you to change your phones IP to a UK one thereby getting round the geolock.

    Hola unblocker has an iphone app (as well as a Chrome plugin) that works around geo blocking

    Today FM run a Premiership program on a Saturday and Newstalk on Sunday you know.

    I tried tunnel bear after it was suggested here and it's great. Best vpn I've used on a phone.
