Ah, she's pissed off that Enda is taking credit for all her good work in raising him.

Here's a pic of her son heading out to work this morning.

    images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTJ-e20MGcuxQXPCaAZtc3eypMSb5UloFjNBXf4NmJR3WIAK9nKjg

Not half as embarrassing as the last five minutes have been for him.

Went to Australia, where apparently there's only 1 way flights, no phones, no email, no skype. The government renditioned him from what I can make out of her.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,351 ✭✭✭✭Harry Angstrom

    "Keep your kids"

As opposed to giving them away or something?

To be honest, it's not healthy to be so attached to your grown up children that you can't cope when they leave.

Young people go abroad all the time for travel, adventure, opportunities. They're probably having a ball in America.

Wouldn't say they'll be hurrying back after this either!

    Dear Mammy,

I WAS going to give you a surprise and come home for Christmas, but after your humongous breach of my trust and confidence on National Radio, I fear it will be at least forty years before I can ever show my face around the home place again.

    Yours In Shock,

    Son.

It was definitely €2100, mentioned right at the start and several times during.
