Yes, it was a traffic accident..........a very rare occurrence?

Surely the guards could follow this up?

Isn't there CCTV on the M50/M7. She knows the time of the accident. Couldn't be too hard to narrow down who it was.

Must have been plenty of witnesses to this accident.

As somebody that uses the m50 twice a day the guards are the last people you would meet.

What make of car was she driving? after that she should buy the same model again...

I've got one of those dash mounted cameras. It could be a mixed blessing, depending who was in the wrong (!) If it's me, I need to survive long enough to throw the little gizmo away!
