Power Supply Orange Light X1 won't turn on

Hi folks,

anyone on here experience this? Bought a X1 off gamestop and set it up last night.
Worked fine. Today I went to turn it on and the powersupply light stays orange, the on light on the console turns on for a second, makes the on noise then turns off. Have it plugged in at the wall not through a surge supply.



Trying to chat to xbox support but they just told me to go here

and now they won't answer me in the chat (which is still active) the last 5 minutes.

Should I just go back to Gamestop? Raging
