Gaming PC is €500 budget possible?

As title says would this be at all possible? I've no idea about anything technical at all, would love to get one for my 15yr old for Xmas. 2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming/Minecraft)

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes]

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [No]

5. Do you need a monitor? [Yes]

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [24']

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [No]

6. Do you need any of these peripherals [no]

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Maybe in the future]

8. How can you pay? [Bank Transfer or credit card]

9. When are you purchasing? [In time for Christmas if possible]

10. If you need help building it, where are you based? [North Dublin]

Well, the problem is, I could do a build for that budget but really you're getting into the area where the price-performance is utterly terrible. For 600 you'd be looking at a big improvement over the 500 euro build(in this case - because of the monitor being in the budget). Much more powerful than the 500 euro build, would be capable of performing on the same level as a ps4/xbox one(beating it in most circumstances). Leaves more room for upgrading the pc in the future.

You would have to install windows but that isn't difficult at all. :P

Hi thanks but I'm trying to keep my costs down so either going to try build it myself or pay the €30 to get it done.
