Didn't see a thread on this but some weird stuff has been said in the Dail down the years rarely weirder than this!

Sometimes you do have to wonder whether Father Ted was a fictional comedy or a real life Irish documentary:o

Seriously how do these moron get into these places of power. Does he even have a clue what a socialist is? If this mans ideas rule this country than god save Ireland because he would cause a revolution, probably a very bloody one.

There was a thread earlier about an IQ test to be eligible to vote. However I think there should be some sort of test to be a TD:

Standing in front of a car isn't a less extreme version kidnapping and beheading aide workers. Honestly if people can't see that then there's no helping them.

Joan Burton got inconvenienced for a while, had an egg thrown at her. Disgusting I agree, protests should be peaceful at all times, they've shown they can and are working.
