Since everything is taxes these days, what words would you like to tax to discourage people from over using them so much?

You know how certain words and phrases get WAY over used.

    Here are some I'd tax:

    Literally
Ever (at the end of a sentence)
    Absolutely

    :pac:

    Obfuscation.

Nothing says "I need to tart up this sentence" like obfuscation.

    Amount.

The amount number of times I've heard the word...

The amount sum of money wasted on that project was..

The amount volume of water that flooded the basement..

The amount length of time it takes to get that tedious job done is..

    The amount hape of turf..

...and so on and so forth.

The phrase 'the whole <insert word> thing'.

It's not 'the whole thing'. It's just 'the thing'. Whatever about the jungwans using it... Now grown ups, who should know better, are using it too.

Can we tax people for not using words? Because I'd tax people who don't use the word "kunt" - beautiful word

I hate when people say "he's an awful see you on Thursday" when they mean cunt.

The same people who get offended by it will have no issue saying pussy or fanny or using the terms dick and cock, makes no sense really unless the person refuses to use any terms other than penis and vagina.

It's dumb because they mean the same bloody thing - the term they use is irrelevant. Same goes for people who say sugar instead of shit.

Yup, I think it's "call you next tuesday" tbh. Still deserves to be poked, hard, in the eye, with a stale baguette.
