I'm sure you are right when you say you haven't heard of any of them being involved in those things - and I'm not saying they were.

But after what we know about GUBU, what went on in the church, the issues surrounding Liam Adams and the general habit of brushing things under the carpet to avoid any public discussion (Father Michael Cleary, etc) - it's amazing that every deviant didn't move to Ireland as a safe haven.

Made the noise to senior management mid 90s but she gets murdered April 99

Certainly wasn't the poor b*stard that the Met tried to pin it on.

I don't know. I don't know enough about it. There's a number of areas of concern with the trial. And then there's a number of things not right with the retrial. All the forensics disallowed, and the defence claim that his mental state prevented the offence.

There's just too much doubt for my liking

Barry George was fitted up 100%. One of the worst cases of pinning a murder on the nearest weirdo they could find. Experts concluded that the murder was so clean that it almost certainly the work of an experienced hitman. Not the work of a sod with an IQ of 75 and Aspergers.

I've been debating with myself whether to post this, but I think the option to research this needs to be out there.

If anyone really, truly wants to understand the depth and scale of the hidden holocaust that has been taking place right under our noses, then google "Beyond the Dutroux affair". (NSFW)This pdf book names the high profile members of society that are allegedly involved in high level paedophile rings on the European mainland, including house hold names from aristocratic families. Believe me, holocaust is not a word I use lightly in this case.

Warning: Think long and hard before researching this material. There are graphic, stomach churning images of children being abused, as well as snapshots of torture and snuff movies that will scar you for life. But if you want the truth, you have to look into the abyss. Don't say I didn't warn you. There is no going back mentally. If mods want to delete this post I understand.

I wouldn't blame you. I've been hoping every day that the book turns out to be an elaborate fraud, but it does indeed appear to be genuine. I would advise against reading it tbh, just familiarise yourself with what is coming out in the papers. Although the trick of blaming the abuse on long dead politicians is something that we must be prepared for.

You were right Boring username. I should not have gone there. I could not go very far in but the evidence of one's own eyes is enough. Maybe it is the dark moon talking but some days i reckon the whole shagging planet could do with a bomb under it. I don't even know what could possibly be done with people like those. To be within miles of them would feel like a poison; much less to render justice onto them. Makes a liberal feel like becoming a vigilante....

The claim was as clear as it was chilling: behind the genteel façade of one of London’s most famous apartment blocks, children faced abuse on an industrial scale.

Every weekend, groups of vulnerable boys from local care homes were being smuggled to an address in Dolphin Square, Pimlico. There, after being plied with alcohol, they suffered sickening sexual assaults.

The paedophile ring orchestrating these crimes had, over time, come to believe it enjoyed immunity, a whistle-blower told police at the time.

After all, members were said to include a cross-section of Britain’s most influential politicians.

‘I had been specifically told that we were dealing with Conservative MPs,’ that whistle-blower, John Mann, recalled to me this week. ‘That’s one of the things which stood out for me.
‘Another was how violent it sounded. There was talk of dogs being involved and beatings. I would describe it as quite awful; the sort of thing you don’t easily forget.’

Mann, who is now a prominent Labour MP, originally stumbled across claims of abuse at Dolphin Square in 1988, when he was an ambitious young councillor in the South London borough of Lambeth.

One executive said he had been accosted in his office by 15 uniformed and two non-uniformed police over a dossier on Westminster paedophiles passed to him by the former Labour cabinet minister Barbara Castle.

The other said that his newspaper had received a D-notice when a reporter sought to write about a police investigation into Elm Guest House, in southwest London, where a group of high-profile paedophiles was said to have operated and may have killed a child. Now it has emerged that these claims are impossible to verify or discount because the D-notice archives for that period “are not complete”.

Are there any mainstream journalists covering it, or is there a decent synopsis and review? There are plenty of people out there with an interest in exposing this kind of thing.

Yeah it's not the best. I haven't really searched for anything relating to the Belgium cases. I don't really know what to make of it all. I just remembered that link being posted in a discussion on another site. Im not sure if it's been covered in such detail elsewhere. Those sites name people who were allegedly involved so I'm sure any mainstream news sites will stay away from that in case they are sued.
