Airline confirmation "nosync" - Anyone familiar?

Basically I've a trip to the US on Thursday and having booked with a company called OneTravel my airline confirmation number for the four legs is coming up as 'nosync'. I'm not able to check in online on the BA website as a result and only one of the four seats are coming up as being assigned despite having opted for aisle seats when the flights were booked (Mid July). I know I've left it quite late but didn't think there would be an issue given how long it was before the flights were to be assigned a flight reservation number and seats.

I'm currently trying to get in touch with the booking provider to get more details, but in the meantime, is anyone familiar with this?
