Strange light over D15

Right now there's a rather strange light hovering over Blanch. It's green and red and it's speed varies quickly. Is it a drone maybe? Anyone else seeing this?

If it's small with tiny green and red lights it cod be a AR parrot drone.

I reckon that's what it could be so. No noise off it at all and it moved far too spritely to be the copper chopper. Do people have drones over here for fun like a hobby or would it be anything else? I'm not too up on technology.
