Hardly an excuse for Apoel who played on wednesday.

There is however a big list of teams that played on Thursday and failed on Sunday.

    Gateshead v Lincoln City

This was gonna be a simple post outlining stats for the BTTS tonight. It's come in 5/7 H2H meetings, and all 3 times with Gateshead at home.

Looking a bit deeper, it's thrown up a few other viable options. Lincoln have bagged 14 away goals this year, 10 of those have been in the 1st half. They've coughed up two 2-0 1st half leads to draw 3-3 in their last 2 aways. In fact over 25% of all their goals have been scored in the 1st 15 mins.

Gateshead on the other hand have a 3-1-5 HT record, but then have over 66% of their goals come in the 2nd half giving them a FT home record of 6-1-2. I'd always be reluctant to offer a high tariff bet but for a bit of loose change in yer pocket I'd give the flip/flop Lincoln/Gateshead HT/FT Result @ 18/1 (Bet365) a bit of consideration. It naturally follows that Lincoln to score 1st would also appeal and again Jordan Burrow @ 8/1 FGS (which he's brought in on 4 occasions).

A prematch bet of Gateshead/BTTS @ 21/10 will probably be my main bet this evening, but I'll certainly open the wallet in-play if Lincoln score 1st on Gateshead DC or straight. Ta

Northern Ireland League Cup ties tonight, should be a few goals if the games actually go ahead.

    Bangor v Crusaders
    Cliftonville v Portadown

I'd go with + 2.5 each if they put out their best sides.

Also Bristol City v AFC Wimbledon in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, top League One plays near bottom league Two.

LOL.. that's always my fear too @ 0-0 especially when you put it out there for all to see. All things being equal I'd say the btts is a nailed on, and would be fairly confident of the btts/2.5 - having relied on Gateshead before we could be waiting a while into 2nd half for them to kick in tho.

Nice markets on PP for team to score 1st and not win etc.. but placing a heavy trust on Lincoln to keep their side of the bargain. I like btts/2.5 or Gateshead/btts as I said earlier and of course a little bit on the flip/flop.

I dont mind losing but 0-0 would be a shocker

Oh look brother we've all had an "Apoel" .. Rubin Kazan beating Barca in Nou Camp was my Apoel - not helped by the fact it was the 6th leg of an accum :pac:

Went with Over 2.5 BTTS and BTTS.

Will keep an eye out in play and hopefully not fall asleep like I did for the Apoel game!

EDIT: Doing a double of Gateshead and Bury at 1.31/1

Gateshead preview - two strikers and 3 goal midfielder could be out.

Gateshead only starting with 10 men. :P
Not much of a bench for them if BBC is to be believed.

Good picking DoctaDee (edited for accuracy!)

Ah Dee picked out the game and I just had a look around. Small lose in total due to in play thread bets. But I've had a decent run on horses the past few days so can't complain, hopefully find something on tonight to have a bet in.

    Latvian league relegation play offs

it's a two legged tie so the first leg is very likely to be underish. First leg results in the previous seasons: 1-0; 1-0; 1-2; 1-1. Metta/Lu's home games against the weakest teams in the league finished 1-0 and 1-1. The odds probably favor an overish game cuz both teams have had overish results in the league but this should be different considering what's at stake.

    Under 2.5 @ 2.40
Under 3.5 @ 1.60 (gone for this personally)

Turkey v Brazil 18. 30 hrs - Luiz Adriano is starting this alongside Neymar apparently.

    Hope they get murdered.

3 months ago Holland finished 3rd at the WC with 7 players who had a Feyenoord past or where at Feyenoord. Only 1 remains, Vlaar and that is probably because Hiddink missed the fact Vlaar played 4 years at Feyenoord while Hiddink was counting money.

Tom Bradshaw First Walsall Goal @ 4.33
    Tom Bradshaw 2 or more @ 15.00

He is the main attacking threat, and Sheffield Utd are fielding an somewhat untested team (still full of good players though).

Sheffield Utd Red Card @ 7.50

    Incase IT happens again!!
