Dish size needed for Slovak TV

I have a Skylink card that gives me access to Slovak TV which is accessible on Astra 19.2 E. Has anyone any experience / knowledge of what size dish I need? I've currently a Technomate 66cm dish but can't pick up the signal of any of the channels I've subscribed to.

They are on 23.5 East I think. You can sort the channels here by country.

I just tuned in one of the frequencies 12109 H which carries the Slovak Sport channel and it is very strong, 16.4 dB on my 1.1 metre dish. If they are all on that beam a 80 cm dish would probably be OK.
