BER-Non Domestic A1 Rated Buildings

The current SEAI stats are showing that there are 2 A1 rated non-domestic buildings on the BER register now, does anybody have any idea what buildings they are ?

wasnt there a tesco in waterford that was passive rated? perhaps thats one, not sure when it was built though?

Possibly thats one, its odd though you think the 2 buildings that have achieved it would be popping up in articles etc but i cant seem to find anything

Sorry too vague, as in where are the numbers of rated buildings published? Thanks

This building was A1 rated, but I didnt think a BER was submitted to SEAI.
