If a work vehicle with no NCT is pulled over do the penalty points go to the worker or to the employer who is paying the tax/insurance and was supposed to ensure that the vehicle had a current NCT? This is a hypothetical question it hasn't happened. Thanks.

i imagine you would get the points as the onus is on the driver to make sure the car is road legal.
