    Well shiiiiiite! http://www.wwe.com/wwenetwork/available-in-uk-26767676

The big selling point for me was to be able to play it on my TV through my Xbox without worrying about VPNs or anything like that. They seriously need to clarify what's going on. Bet it's contractual issues with Sky.

I assume that's why there was zero promotion as well

the evil work of Sky Television has to be... they were probably busy all day handling sky sports cancellations and realised something was up

So the Network is postponed, the game is the same as it is every year, and Thursday is a bit samey?

The Network cannibalises PPVs (all moving to SBO) and WWEDVD.co.uk. Sky would still have their exclusive rights to Raw and SD. One would expect that wrestling wrestling fans who subscribe to Sky Sports do so for Raw and SD (which aren't on the Network until 30 days later) not NXT, Superstars and the rest.

Whatever the problems between both companies the customer shouldn't be treated this way. 20 minutes before launch, and this after being delayed a month in the first place.

    What a shambles

Before it went offline again did anyone actually get to sign up with Ireland as their country? I threw down Iceland for the time being and was able to get online fine (it's off now for me again). Hopefully I can change it once it all comes back and is released properly.

Also just to add, was watching on my phone for a bit earlier. The mobile version appears to have a good few unskippable 30 second ads littered throughout.

At this rate the network is going to debut with the funkasaurus gimmick.

Couldn't make this up This network has cost them literally HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of dollars and is getting worse by the week.

They delayed it by a month for talks with partners, had days to change their mind on things and now this crap...

i want to think its an IT thing but my head is saying its legal/partner based.

I am trying my best to give them my money, and they just don't seem to want to take it lately.

Is it true that in Canada the network is only available on their equivalent of Sky? Could the same thing end up happening here?

Yeah it's a tv channel in Canada. Well it could as it seems that something is holding it up. I've no real problem with it being delayed. I mean I get it but the way they do it right before the two previous launches has been ridiculous. I mean whoever the pr person is for this roll out should be sacked.

When Linda McMahon finally gets elected to the US senate in 2032 her first announcement will be the ACTUAL release date for the UK/Irish WWE Network.

They'll no doubt plug that as positive publicity!
