Anyone have a wifi problem where sometimes the wifi wont connect and you have to reboot your device to connect again. Is there any workaround or fix to this? I'm guessing its a fairly common issue because this is my second OPO with it and I'm on the latest update.

    Noise on OPO: http://youtu.be/VvnalSbKqnQ

I'd say it's a app rather than the phone itself. Disable app by app and see if it stops.

No it is perfect for me. As my last phone the Samsung Galaxy Note II, had a hardware WiFi fault. It is a known issue with them, where the phone disconnect wifi and then connects back up again, every so often, really used to annoy the hell out of me. I tried everything to fix it custom ROM's, custom kernels and then done the inevitable and updated to the knox bootloader, with newest stock ROM and it still didn't fix it.

So getting this phone with perfect wifi connection is great. It could be a problem with your own wifi router, or maybe you live in a place with a lot of wifi signals, so change the channel you are on etc... as I never seen people reporting having wifi issues on this phone.

Ok so I managed to sort out my contacts using an editor to edit my Vcard file, then I copied it onto my Oneplus and uploaded the contacts fine. Now my next problem is that I am trying to copy my text messages and call log from Gmail. I tried using SMS Backup and Restore + but even though it goes through the motions of restoring all my messages there are none showing on my Oneplus when the process ends. Anyone any ideas on how to get round this? Have I something checked in settings that I shouldn't or can I transfer the messages in a file format to the Oneplus? Help.....

Are you using the stock messaging app?

I have exact same issue but replace WiFi with network signal, need a reboot to get signal back.

I had a problem with snapdragon batteryguru. I had to disable it's ability to control wifi or I wasn't able to turn wifi on once it had been turned off. If you are running it or any other software that has the ability to control wifi, that may be your problem.

I've also read about people encountering issues with custom themes. The current firmware 38R seems to be unstable for some people (including me) and that might also be a contributing factor.

I've recently started having screen related problems. It's intermittent but from time to tine my screen display gets distorted with lines jumping across the frozen image but it seems to instantly fix itself. I also have a problem with pinch to zoom. When I try to expand an image if goes immediately to max zoom and similarly when I try to reduce an image it goes to the smallets size possible instantly. It's impossible to get it to the size I want. I seem to have a similar issue resizing web pages in Chrome.

I guess this is on the To-do list of fixes for the next FW update???

Are you on a stock ROM or custom? What about kernel? Is it rooted etc...
Any mods to dpi or other similar mods?

Sorry excuse my ignorance, what is the stock messaging app?

The messaging app that comes with the phone.
    i.e: pre-installed.

Also when I was using sms backup and restore(Ritesh Sahu one) it asked to be the default messaging app to restore messages and then once they were restored I had to set the stock messaging app back to default messaging app but I could also see my messages before I set it back to default app.

Also another thing I can think of is hangouts asked to control my messages and I declined, when I first got the phone so maybe that could be a problem maybe not, I'm just trying to think of different possibilities. Some how I think that is not the problem but then again you never know.

    Hi WGO,

I'm rooted but stock ROM and no DPI or CPU or other tweaks at all. It's 100% stock but rooted.

I'm running the Flux theme - just the style, not the wallpapers or fonts.

    Is Flux peoples preferred theme?

It's my favourite as well. Shame more icons aren't covered by it.

On an unrelated note, I've switched to Chrome beta to see if it alleviates the random crashing/rebooting I've been experiencing in Chrome. I tried completely clearing out Chrome and re-installing it from scratch to no avail. Hopefully this works, otherwise I'm going to have to start playing with custom firmware/kernels.

I like the Flats theme, I don't like what flux does to the quick access ribbon.

I'm using mi6 xda edition, not a big fan of the toggles and switches but eventing else I like, flats is nice to

Got 2d and 4h out of my full first charge, with pretty heavy usage.

    I love this phone.

I followed your instructions and it all worked out perfect. SMS Backup & Restore did the job with no errors. Thanks for all your help - much appreciated. Now I can starting using this super phone (Oneplus) properly at last and ditch my Samsung Galaxy S2.

Did you try a factory reset? As I don't have any of those problems and I didn't see anybody else here having those problems it is worth a try.
Also I didn't do a web search to see if anyone on oneplus forums has same problem.

No and I won't as I can't be ar$ed having to set everything up again. I'll live with it and se if the next FW update fixes it.

Nobody else seems to be reporting it anywhere so probably not unless you want to try and make a bug report yourself but its probably a dodgey app or theme.

My WIFI won't turn on a fter a few hours. The wee swipe switch to turn it on goes red. Anyone have this problem before?

    I've disabled juice defender etc.

Na, I love CM and have been using it for years on both phones and tablets. The bug is so minor it isn't even worth the hassle of doing a back up, then a factory reset and then a restore.

Another phone crash and reboot there. Getting them often while just browsing or on mxplayer. Switching to nexus 6 I'd say.

Have to say I have had 2 crashes and a couple of reboots on latest software.
I didnt get any on the older software, seems to be going backwards.
I still love the phone but software fixes need to happen.

I am still getting screen pinch issues aswell..
