    It is hard to know with guys like Terrence. He could be genuine or he could have set Siobhan up giving her a false sense of security. Nidge likes to keep good relations with powerful allies: we have seen this in the past with Tony. Terrence will provide Nidge with a whole new set of people and there is none of the old gang safe from suspicion in both's eyes. Some innocent people may end up clipped like Janet perhaps.

    Yes. it is the finale. It was said tonight the Love/Hate finale at 9.30 and The Fall at 10.30.

    Na. just showed that he was back to where he started. he was after giving it up, but the bro loosing the eye has put him back on it. when he was first in it he was shooting up regularly with Debbie.

    Definitely the last of the season next week. The announcer on RTE said it during the credits.

    Fair point alright.

    But a fella caught with a gun who is suspected of going to kill Nidge and the Guards don't know where he lives. I think they would find out one way or another.

    How many times has he been arrested or come to their attention, the dentists murder, the drugs bust which the dentist was involved in, caught with the gun, being head butted by Nidge in prison. He's been involved in too much for them not to take a huge interest in him.

    He couldn't live there for that long without them finding it. Its the Dublin/Wicklow mountains not outer Mongolia.

    This stuff only happened in the last few weeks of real life.

    Siobhan and Donna could well run into Fran on the way back. Donna though probably gone home so more likely Siobhan. Fran will confront her and find Git's bone. Since both hate Nidge, I'd say the two of them could come to some sort of a deal to plant Git's bone on Nidge?

    Let's be honest here: Would an undercover detective (of any age) sleep with one of the gangs birds in the midst of taking down a gang?

    Yes, he's a lad.... but he's also an undercover police man.

    Undercover story = very well done
    Sleeping with Nadine = Unrealistic and no need for it.

    Tense episode this week. I hope Siobhan gets them all sent down, and goes in witness protection with a recovering Tommy. But something tells me she's already on borrowed time with Terence I don't think he bought her story re: Pauley or that walk back from Fran's country retreat could prove costly - either Fran will.spot her or the cops going to get Fran will.

    P.s (pages of who's that? - was that Aido or Deano or
    Elmo - what's cig etc are doing my head in - making me skip through posts - there should be a seperate thread for 'posts as it happens' - maybe even a forum for the show instead of everything bundled in one thread)

    I'd say it has happened before, sure there was a case the other week in the UK where an undercover detective fathered a child with an animal protestor or something while he was supposed to be watching the group.

    Even though they were rumbled last week and knew the gards have been following them.

    I think Aido has been shattered since he found out that nadine had the abortion last series. I also think that is why he did not give a sugar about Nadine and Scott chatting in the pub.

    So us seeing Aido back on the gear just shows that he has fallen back into bad habits and that he has nothing to live for. Especially now that he realises Nidge is not a true friend also.
