Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

. Guarder bore up cylinder, head and air nozzle (trimmed) for best fit
. Systema piston with bore up silent head and modded for AOE
    . Stealth mosfet internally fitted
. Systema speed gears (full stroked)
    . G&G bearing spring guide
    . Guarder tappet plate
    . M90 spring
. Madbull hop up unit with madbull blue rubber and nub
. Madbull 6.01 tight bore barrel all the way to top of silencer

I'm incredibly excited to finally finish my M4, its been a topic to daydream about for me since early 2013..... Unfortunately I have no photos of it yet, as it still needs some minor tweaks, but expect photos up as soon as my fancy wiring arrives!
Pretty much a Madbull build. Yep, not cheap :(

^^ Your collection looks like it hurt your wallet. Seeing an Intervention always makes me smile though

Those are the very same mixed emotions that brought me to buy it, walking into my room now greets you with a wall of guns which do you think stands out the most :) Ill never sell or let go of it that's for sure. And through trades and buy and sells ive actually acquired most of the stuff there by paying very little for something and working up to it, time consuming yes but so rewarding. ive yet to under take a build like yourself i cant imagine a magpul build leaves much in your wallet.
Glad you like it all the same :)

    Thermo VZ58 seriously jealous

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,439 ✭✭✭✭thermo

Cheers, ares have not released any of the extras so I had to make a custom side rail for the ak scope mount and I'm working on a mag well adaptor. New aimpoint low scope ring is inbound.

Was expecting a bigger noise about the release of them .
    Especially strike back fans .
I take that's what the custom lipo your looking is for

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,439 ✭✭✭✭thermo

Yep space is very tight under the top cover, the claimed correct size lipo is 165x14x10mm but not a lot of options in that size, but my package from hobby king arrived this morning so I'm all set to make a couple of packs up next week, as I left my soldering iron in work,,,,,, d'oh!!

At least €50 cheaper than anywhere else after shipping and downgrades.

Cool I was looking on there and airsoft tiger.
    thanks.

Excellent news. Wouldn't be interested in the mags myself as it would have to have the mag adapter for stanag mags for the whole Strike look:-)

I emailed ares about the aftermarket stuff and they said that the aftermarket goodies (rsils, mag well adaptors ect) would not be released until the 4th quater of 2015. This is why I made my own adaptor to put an ak side rail on the vz receiver.

That is a long time to wait for extras:-(

The price you pay for having a non m4 platform!! So far I have made a scope mount adaptor, my own lipo packs and I'm looking into modding a g36 mag well adaptor to fit.
