Will I ever get my Iphone 6 from Meteor?!!

So unhappy with Meteor at the moment !
Purchased an iPhone 6 64G over the phone as part of an upgrade on the 10 October and was told yes the phone is in stock and will be sent out in 3-5 working days .Rang meteor 5 days later who said , no phone in stock , don't know when it will be in stock , hopefully next week.
I rang back a week later and apparently as compensation I have been upgraded to a 128G iphone.
I ring back a week later and am told that the 64G are back in stock but because I have been upgraded to a 128G ( which is not in stock) I cannot get a 64G in case 2 phones are sent out! I wish !
I was offered if I wanted to cancel the order and start again but no guarantee that this would work ! So basically they have my €350 , taken under false presentation, they cannot tell me where my phone is , when I will get it and if I cancel the order and start again whether it will work. A refund will be a minimum of 10 days but no guarantee ... Do meteor have a clue what's going on ?.. I've escalated this matter on Twitter , Info @meteor, sales phone and customer service phone and same generic answer .. Has anyone had a similar problem and how successful would referring this to Comreg be ?.. How can a simple purchase of a phone, trap me into a battle lasting 3 weeks and all I want is my phone in my hand ! Exasperated is not the word !
