This is pretty cool, and scary too.

I didn't know you can legally "drive" these cars in some places.

That guy is great. Obviously well off to own those type of cars, but he is knowledgeable, well-informed, well spoken (but not posh/arrogant) and comes across as a real enthusiast.

    I like.

PS, the Ferrari was OK, too. :)

He works as an advisor for Jaguar Land Rover (watched the Jag Project 7 video where he mentions it).

Nice channel. Testarossa always was a dream car for me.

Love his videos. He used to be the editor of AutoCar I think. There's a great video of his Pagani and an even better one of his Clio Cup!

Holy sh1t, I'm just looking at the rest of his videos now.

He's got an Evo 2 Integrale!
My ultimate car (well a toss up between an E30 M3, which he said he used to own, and it).

    The man is my hero.

Great find, that Testarossa video is fantastic. Knows what he's talking about, but also really cares what he's talking about.

The Ice Road Truckers and the others shown on TV should watch and learn.

There are real heroes out there.

Biker looks like an arrogant American acting the clown in a "foreign" Country. Still, driver should never have reacted like that.

You must have taken a running jump to reach that conclusion.

That style of long propeller shaft is very common in Asian countries where there's lot of weeds not far below the surface. Never saw one go that fast though!

What is the attraction to hill climb racing as opposed to normal racing?

Its not a form of racing I'm very familiar with

Closed stage racing similar to rally but there is one stage with you getting a number of runs over the day.
Classes range from almost stock right up to ex formula cars.

It seems to be a bit of a manic sport like drifting.

No co-drivers means a knowledge of the track will help a lot!

It's you against the clock to beat your rivals in your group.

For anyone else that wanted to see more of the red Astra GSI :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,718 ✭✭✭Hal1

Some real talent from that astra driver. I loved how well the car handles and doesn't bog down in the corners unlike some other clio and mitsubishi drivers.

Do you know the story behind it? From the video it looks like a bunch of twats provoking the landrover. Idiots.
