Samsung vs Toshiba 40" LED TV

I'm currently doing some research before purchasing a new tv and I am looking for any info anyone may have on the two models I have whittled my search down to. They are: Samsung UE40H5000AKXX (€380) Toshiba 40L2433DB (€340) I know they are entry level models in the 40" TV market so I an not expecting top of the range stuff…

I'm currently doing some research before purchasing a new tv and I am looking for any info anyone may have on the two models I have whittled my search down to. They are:

I know they are entry level models in the 40" TV market so I an not expecting top of the range stuff but would still like to get the best value.

I am slightly leaning towards the Samsung but that's just because I generally associate Samsung with high quality and I have no experience of Toshiba products. Any info or recommendations would be great.
