Wanted Paulie around for longer but I think with him gone and Terence over from Spain it will all kick off big time next week.

Anyone else feel sorry for the poor lad that got his throat cut?

I actually feel very sorry for the poor cúnt. He was just a stupid young lad. Eurgh... what a way to die... I know he shot a kid and all that, but I still feel sorry for him. :(

Yes I do. Similar to when the shot 'Micker' for taking the Subaru for a burn after a job.
Yer man tonight was off the drugs but his debt pulled him back in.

Awesome performance from John Connors. As menacing as De Niro at his best....

Looks like Git is finally getting a funeral. Did they kill or just kneecap his son?

They kneecapped him out in the middle of nowhere and left him there with no phone...and we haven't seen him since so..yeah he's likely dead.

Where do you get them flickery light bulbs. Only film companies seem to have them.

I was expecting this lad to come wheeling out any second.

I was delighted he got killed. I hate when they let people like that go. Like benny blanco from the bronx
This season could go down as the best.

It's the best season by a long way. Probably not as believable as season 1, but addictive with loads of action.

The hearse had Da on the side of it. Number one rule of telly if you don't see them actual dead, then there not

Not one for jumping to conclusions, but I literally haven't been as open mouthed and astonished during an episode of any tv show bar Game of Thrones.

    Take a bow Carolan.

Although it may be ironic that it being on a bank holiday Sunday, the most watched show in Ireland probably will have it's lowest viewing figures this week, after so much talking points in the episode.

Oh my God. what an episode.
I don't know how anybody can knock it after watching that!
I'm trying to compose myself here.
    that was heavy!

    I'm speechless after that.

Stuart and all involved. you have my gratitude and adulation.
    well done!!!

Is it Nidge, Aido, Elmo and (Noley) v the Gards, the Ra, the travellers, the Spain gang and (Fran)?

Doesn't seem fair, Nidge could do with Darren.

Goodfellas was a fast-paced epic. It's not necessarily mutually exclusive.

Goodfellas was a film! Or series of films anyway. Small screen works better when longevitized in my opinion. All the same excellent episode but real pity its all so rushed. For example the paulie and siobhan stuff is just forgettable! Was no development in their relationship to be significant. patrick scenes were great

Can't wait to see that scene with the mad junkie house again on the +1. Bizarre and funny and grim all at the same time.
