    We got this set about 3 years ago for our then 4 year old. Brilliant set, and still used by her younger brother who is now using them to learn to read. Highly recommended.

    So what age is this for. It talks about first words, but I would imagine a child has a reasonably developed vocabulary before they begin reading. Is this meant for toddlers.

    Got a few packs today. It says age 3-5 on the argos catalogue.

    Okay fair enough. Was looking for something for someone a little younger.
    Filters are not agreeing with the product descriptions in some cases, but guess I will find if I keep looking.

    He's only 3 months !! He likes listening to me reading to him :-) They would be great for a one year old , I'd say they would love having the stories read to them.
